Passives are stuck. Unable to use passive points anymore...

Hello,
My sorceress has 4 passive points and i am unable to assign them in the passive tree.
Points are basically stuck and i want to be able to split my w1 and w2 passives and i am unable to do so even tho i have 4 points remaining that are shown on my screen.
Character name : MyFriendCanDoItCheaper (EU)

Are they weapon set points?
If yes then you need to level up until you get 2 skill points, at that point you'll be able to assign your "free" weapon set points.
