try to get into map, game is freezing, no citadels found lvl 94

went out of map, after try to rejoin, nothin happen and cant even play the game anymore, because every reconnect, poe 2 try to rejoin the map automatically,

damn, my problem is that after an endgame map is finished, i am stuck in part 1 camp after i transfered. None action can be done besides talking to npc. (Can't transfer back to endgame location, can't open my storage).
