In act 4 i can't find all of the Weapon pieces in 'the search' quest

im in act 4 and i finished all islands. i kill every boss and opened every chests. Still the search mission doesnt continue. the npc near the door in arastas doesnt back up. so i can't go inside. like i said i kill everything in every island. what should i do now?

No it didn't happened. Hooded one in the kingsmarch. how can i make him come?

He just teleport to location after you kill location boss.
