Suddenly lost access to Wind Dancer

I had been using Wind Dancer on my character when I disabled the ability for a moment. Upon disabling it, the icon greyed out and said I had weapon set issues that needed to be resolved to fix it. My weapons had not changed, and various attempts to restore the skill failed. No stats were changed or anything.

I have just now fixed the issue by adding a second weapon (my second weapon set was empty, and it seemed to be reading from that even when using the first weapon set.)

Press G to open your Skills. Scroll to your buggered skill and click the arrow pointing to the left (where other skills are listing their damage or DPS). On the window that opens, there at the bottom, you can select which weaponset this skill be used on. I or II. Select whatever one you're using. I will admit I only have one, so I didn't test if the second one works.
