Immured Fury NOT Appearing On Maps

I've been chasing this Immured Fury fracturing orb guaranteed drop boss on HC SSF (hey, that makes it even worse) for 3 weeks now... And it finally appeared on a cleansed map, but just on the modifier. I've been running tablets boss and irradiate, just kill map boss to move on to next map from nexus to nexus to finally get a fracturing orb and MAYBE craft something... MAYBE craft something, but NOT... Immured Fury did not appear on the map. I did full clear 100%, but on the tooltip it shows that there is a shrine somewhere on the map, but not Immured Fury. I swept through the ENTIRE MAP like 5 times and the Immured Fury was NOWHERE to be found. Please for the love of whatever the !@#$ GOD you are praying to at night, FIX THIS !@#$!
