Armour/Defense buffs while Shapeshifted not applying

So defense related passives while shapeshifted in Bear Form is buggy as hell. Quest dialogs, interactions, and anything that makes us transform back to human we lose the shapeshift buffs but don't get back defense related passives (offense works).

Current work around is teleport to town while shapeshifted then re-enter portal. This doesn't work for Abyssal Depths though since we turn back to human form and jump down. Since we start in human form we dont get defense related passives while transformed even after we transform.

Can u please look into and fix this please. Its very annoying and really does make Abyssal Depths annoying

Update: The issue seems to happen when u enter an area in human form (not shapeshifted) and defense related passives "while shapeshifted" don't update when u shapeshift.

Entering an area shapeshifted seems to give u the defense related passives "while shapeshifted"

Unfortunately u cant enter Abyssal Depths shapeshifted. So when my character gets up off the ground he's not shapeshifted. So when I transform the "armour/max res/es recharge while shapeshifted" doesnt update.
