POE2 Trade Says Character is not in game

I have used the PoE2 trade system during the last challenge league, but this league states my character has to be in-game to whisper another player through the trade site. I've asked global, and some said you have to be level 25 or in Act 4, but I'm beyond both of those. On both websites, my name shows LegacyLullabys##7081, but in the POE2 game, it is LegacyLullabys#9129. Any idea how to fix this problem?

Is there a sub-account selector in the top-left corner of the website?

If not, it might be a matter of logging out of the website and logging back in on a different account.

No, there are no other accounts, just the one I logged into using the PlayStation login button. Ive heard ppl saying to delete my Poe1 account, but there isnt a way to delete a specific account. I think you have to contact support even to delete an account, but if I did that i would still be logging in the same way with the PlayStation button.
