All minion icons suddenly layer on top of each other

As title says. On my most recent character suddenly all minion icons in the top left layer on top of each other, making only the most recent one visible. It doesn't matter how many icons there are. It happens with 2 minions already.

I can't make it work normally again. I tried:
Switching or removing gear.
Switching or removing skills.
Restarting the game.

No clue what caused it. Last thing I did was, I think, adding Wolf Pack and turning in the Venom Phial quest. Removing the skill doesn't fix it and it works fine on other characters. Seems like that specific char is just broken now for whatever reason.
