PS5 credits do not show up after the purchase on PoE2

I had same problem on the past but it got resolved some days later. What makes me sad is to think that problem still happens the same way, i can't believe that is just me having this problem, some one knows how to fix this problem?

Let me see if I understand your issue correctly:

You purchased either a supporter pack or a points pack through the Playstation store, but you don't have your points on Playstation. I assume you've waited a while (preferably at least an hour or two) and closed and reopened the game.

If that's the case, you should email support with the details. They are usually able to push the points through (or whatever it is they do, it has always been fixed for me by emailing support, the few times it happened).

OTOH, if you're saying you purchased a supporter or points pack on PC or XBox and don't have points on PSN, or that you purchased them on PSN but don't have points on PC/XBox, both of those situations are normal. Sony is completely partitioned, and points & paid MTX can't cross over from PSN to anywhere else or vice versa.
