No Skillpoint Book from Kabala and Silverback

Hey...

I played normally reaching act 2 and killing Kabala on a different character, wich is now Deleted since hes basically bricked, and it didnt drop the Skillpoint book from him.

I started over since it was only act 2, and you can get there fairly quickly, killed her on another char and got the book, nice.

Playing further with this character now reaching silverback in act 3 and i didnt get his book this time.

I just do not want to play this game anymore after this happening for the second time. Its frustrating.

I tried:

- Closing the game
- Launching new instance
- killing him 5 times
- reinstalling poe2

I do not know what to do at this point and my drive to start over again just for this to happen again at any boss that could potentially drop a skillbook is going towards 0.

Forgot to mention:

The skull mark with the + sign is greyed and crossed out after the first kill. This happened in both instances, with kabala and silverback.
