I got trolled by druid Ascendancy not being optimal for shapeshifter.

I got POE2 pack for christmas and I started playing druid, I just pick every shapeshift node I like and everything dies - I am happy.

Buut when I finished ascendancy trial I had zero clue which one to choose so I asked internet... and they advice ascendancy from non-druid classes UGHH...

It is not big of deal I am at start of act 3 if I really want optimal ascendany I can power trough first two acts as warrior I guess since I have gear now.

BUT LIKE CAMON IT IS KINDA COUNTERINTUITIVE WHEN DRUID SUCK AS SHAPESHIFTER.

It doesn't suck and the warrior is not optimal either.

It is just one build that's being copy pasted and which is dogshit to be honest.

Someone wise once said: 'Comparison is the thief of joy'.
Just play the game instead of trying to 'optimise' all the fun out of it on your first go.

Druid doesn't suck as shapeshifter, but I do want to see the 3rd druid ascendency as well as the templar and shadow ascendancies.

I chose Shaman for such purpouse. I went with two last paths - one with ele res and second with ele dmg.

But still two trials ahed of me. And not sure if Apocalypse nod would be good.
