Interlude Zolin and Zelina

On the first when I defeated them. Doryani spawned, and I completed the quest, but The Hooded One did not spawn. I have tried several times by relog, exit the game and reset the instance on The Cuachic Vault. I have defeated them several times now and either Doryani or The Hooded One spawns in, and now I cannot continue with the story on my character. Anyone that has a good idea how to solve this?

As i recall The Hooded One is not spawning in that location.

What u need to do is teleport to Kingsmarch and talk to Hooded One there.
