Skill points not awarded after Oswin

My inventory was full, and did not receive the item to grant points. Map icon still shows boss as incomplete. And cannot get Oswin to drop points after multiple new instances.

Are you perhaps a Titan and forgot about the extra inventory? Because this happened to me :D
