Critical Bug: High-Value Staff Disappeared from Character

Hi, I would like to report a serious issue regarding the disappearance of my main weapon. Today, after running some maps, I noticed my damage was significantly lower. Upon checking my gear, I realized my Staff had simply disappeared from my character's hand.

Item Description:
Staff (3 Rune Sockets)
3x Runes with +30% Spell Damage each.

Key Stats: +6 to Level of Physical Spell Skills, Physical Damage, and Critical Strike Damage.

Quality:6%.

I am extremely frustrated as this was a high-end item that took a lot of effort to obtain. I have not deleted, sold, or traded the item. It simply vanished during my gameplay session today.

Could you please check my account logs to investigate what happened and if it’s possible to recover the item?
