Shred not creating Ice Fragments against Abyssal enemies

Title says it all.

The werewolf's shred attack doesn't create any ice fragments at all when attacking a frozen abyssal enemy, whether it's one that's abyss-specific, a regular enemy near a fissure, or even the vessel of kulemak.

+1 not on the main abyss boss either but i also had it on other bosses
