Vaal Ruins Bug?

Hi guys I’m facing an issue which I couldn’t get any answers to on forums or Reddit. Made a sorc and played until interlude while advancing on the Vaal Ruins mechanic and killed Xipocado, upgraded my crystals to 12 and rooms were destabilised and Xipocado’s room to teleport further back. After an hour or so decided I wasn’t happy with my sorc and made a new witch playing minions,

Problem with that is, when I first opened Vaal Ruins on my new alt, Xipocado’s room is in the exact same destabilised spot far back but not having 12 crystals and every room card or path available is not pushing my room pathing any further than half the board making it hard to reach Xipocado again on my alt not to mention ever being able to reach Atziri ever.

Is this a bug? Or is there a way to still reach Xipocado or some way to reset the room to default?
