Why is it only 20 FPS, in 0.4

I've been playing POE2 since launch day. It started at 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, and now 0.4 why is it only 20 FPS. Previously, I consistently got 150–200 FPS.
Here are my PC specs:
- CPU: Ryzen 7 7800X3D
- GPU: Radeon RX 7900 GRE
- RAM: 32GB DDR5 6000MHz
- CPU Cooler: Be Quiet Dark Rock Pro 5 (Air)
I’ve checked the temperatures — they don’t exceed 80°C. I’ve tried updating drivers, reinstalling the game, reinstalling Windows — nothing worked.
I also switched between DX12 and Vulkan APIs — still no fix. FPS stays at 20, the game freezes on startup, shows “deadlock detected,” or the PC shuts down.

But have you tried parry tho?

I have a cheep Ryz 7 with 6700 XT, it just works.
