Arcane Blossom

Arcane Blossom states "15%increased Mana Recovery Rate" which imo is intended to be multiplicatve compared to the additive "Mana Regeneration rate" nodes, however in practice it is additive like all other mana regen nodes which makes it useless. this has been bugged since release for over a year by now, can this please finally be fixed
