All I want for christmas is Deadlock Detected to stop

Please for the love fix this problem.

It's every 45 minutes. 30 second screen freeze into cogs and then suddenly back into the game like nothing happened, however if you tab out during this you'll get the "Deadlock Detected" popup error and the game fully crashes to desktop.

In single player at least you can pause during this.

In Co-Op it's just automatic death. In a game where you punish death via wasting my time and resources, this specific bug is made that much worse.

64GB RAM
Gforce RTX 4080
All drivers up to date, no other issues with any other games.

Is there anything I can disable to stop this at least? If the game has to look like potato graphics I'm fine with that.

Nothing you can do to your system it’s a defect in the code not anything you can do except.
If you play multiplayer and stay on the same screen as your ally 100% of the time you’ll most likely not crash.
