Spear of Solaris Damage Bug

Spear of Solaris has 3 damage instances per use.

1) Impact damage - an intial hit. This one is straight forward. The damage number on the sheet is ~100k and with Ambrosia 2 + Rageforged 2 + Icebite 2 + Freezing Mark buff ~300k damage. Basically insignificant and hard to call out an issue here.

2) Pulse Damage - From the POE2 DB on how this skill technically works is that it pulses the sheet damage every 0.2 seconds. The sheet damage shows around ~72k and again with the combo buffs Ambrosia 2 + Rageforged 2 + Icebite 2 + Freezing Mark ~230k Damage every 0.2 seconds so ~1.15M Dmg per second is expected. Please note I am also using Rakiata's flow meaning the damage should not be impacted by resistances but should actually do significantly more damage to some bosses.

3) Ignited Ground damage - This is where the biggest source of damage is found. The way this works is it creates an ignited ground in the area that expands in size and burns for (in my sheet damage) ~ 950k per second. Again with Ambrosia 2 + Rageforged 2 + Icebite 2 + Freezing Mark buff it is around 3M per second. Also a reminder I am using Rakiata's flow so damage should be higher and not less due to resistances.

Conclusion: The minimum expected damage of this skill should be around 4M dmg per second over the 4-6 seconds it lasts.Using this skill outside of boss damage reduction time (my combo lets the boss move, then freezes then uses SoS. results in damage significantly less than what is expected at around ~1.5M per second.

It seems like some damage instances are not working on bosses, although versus the Monlith boss spawns the damage seems accurate but it is hard to tell as they have lower HP. It may also be that Rakiata's flow is not working on the ignited ground damage potentially.
