Launching POE2 bricks my internet

Hello,

While not running POE2 my typical speed test is about 160 Mbps Down and 7 Mbps Up.

As soon as I launch the game, the connections seems to go dead and my speed goes to < 1 Down and 0 up. Most of time I cannot login to the character screen, but if I can it still is unplayable. During this time, websites won't load or do so at a crawl. As soon as I exit the game everything internet related immediately returns to normal.
