I bought a bow and get a notice it's stats can't be used when I try to slot it into place. The bow has the same requirements as the bow I was using. I've checked the weapon set issue and taken all skill gems out so its not a skill gem requirement. I've logged in and out. It seems it must an incompatible affix. One affix is increased attack skill levels, another is Onslaught on kill. Others are common. the runes are fenumus, offering added chaos damage percent of all damage. did I get scammed? am I missing something. Is it a bug? Please help.
