Still random freeze/crashes

The game still has random crashes with no error. Just game instantly closes. Some times freezes up and I must hard power PC but rarer. Occasionally receive an error of driver timeout on and adrenaline but no effect is observed but appears to possibly predate an upcoming crash.
I am in the up to date and drivers and still receive a notice of possible longer load screen du to driver being within a certain range (the range listed is absurd I would have to go back so far in drivers it makes no sense)

I am running an up to date PC . A sapphire pure 9070xt, 32 gigs of Corsair vengence ddr5 6000mt, MSI edge x870e mobo, ryzen 7 9800x3d, plenty of optimal cooling fans and a lian Li hydroshift II AIO. A 2T WD black SSD.

There really should be no issues at this point. In game graphics are optimised to high but anisotropic set to 8 as opposed to 16 as it seems to not want to function on 16. My temps in game max at 70 ° but average 60 when cpu takes load occasionally and only hits approx 70% GPU runs 99-100% under load and temps average around 40° max avrg 35°
