Targeting Problem with my Spear Build

I don't know if it is a Weapon Problem,Skill Problem,or anything.
but my character always run infront of the target to use my skill(Spearfield) if stead of attack in place even I've already select the Always attack without moving section in the skill.
It is a Bug or something,I just want to Spawn some spear infront on my character when I use the skill(like attacking the ground like Poe1).not running into a monster then use the skill.
