Sorcoress ascendancy abilities crash party members when off screen

Each time I use sorc abilities, like Kerlari's deception, kerlari, the tainted sands, ruzhan the blazing sword and ruzhan's trap, while offscreen from both of my party members it crashes them. If one is with me and another is off the screen, it crashes the one off the screen.

This happens with randoms I invite to my party too. and during any content including temple of aztiri, maps, or temple of chaos. My friends tried changing to vulkan and directx12 and both will cause the crash.

Having the same problem. IF i am off screen from a sorc, I crash if they use an ability. If I am on top of them, I do not crash.
