Bug 3617625578 - Medallion in Valley of the Titans not unlocked but quest is solved

Hi,

While playing in group (not couch co-op, just normal group), my partner and I both put the medallion parts into the statue at the waypoint in the zone Valley of the Titans. It was my partners instance.
My partner got his quest solved and got the rewards offered (the charm upgrades). He now has room for an extra charm.

I could insert my medallion parts and the quest got resolved, but I was not offered the quest reward. When standing there and clicking on the medallion, I get the popup with the two parts inside filled, but the only option I get offered is Close, no charm selection offers. The quest is also vanished from my log, and I cannot get the quest restarted again.

I tried different things to solve this:
- Reloaded the instance via the checkpoint (no change)
- created a new instance and went in alone (no change)
- relogged and went in again (no change)
- left the group, exited the game, restarted the game and went in alone (no change)

It seems that quest is bugged for my character (name: Izzy_Blümchen)

Can you check that out and repair it? I created a bug in game, number: 3617625578.
