bug with faster start of energy shield recharge while shapeshifted

two nodes doesn't work all time:

Insulating Hide and node before(energy shield delay while shapeshifted)

i have to restart for them to work, and sometimes even that doesn't help.

if i enter the location without shapeshift, my werewolf have less energy shield delay

Yep! Fast travelling while in human form also breaks the tooltip for “Life Recovery per second from regeneration”, nodes that give “Increased Life Regeneration while Shapeshifted” those affects will no longer show when you Shapeshift after fast travelling.

However based on my quick tests it appears to be a visual bug, my Life regeneration appeared to be the same, also if I fast travel while shapeshifted it fixes the tooltip to correctly show life regeneration.
