Reduced Monster Damage Modifier on Relics

I had a vase drop with 6% Reduced Damage from Monsters but for some reason I was unable to find the "Monsters Deal #% reduced Damage" I looked and looked, and found one similar, and hit search for similar. In the game it is listed as "Monsters Deal #% increased Damage." So is the Relic decreasing monster damage or secretly increasing? Love to know the answer. Thanks, and Happy Holidays.

Some modifiers are like that, where instead of reducing something directly, they increase it by a negative amount or smth.

Same effect in the end, it just changes some descriptions. So yes, unless something else went seriously wrong, it should still be decreasing monster damage.

This is just how it works for modifiers. Increased indicates a positive value and Reduced is a negative value.
