Stuck in The Cauchic Vault - Unable to Interact with Anything on the Map

Defeated Zolin and Zelena and not afterwards was not able to interact with anything on the map. Not able to pick up items or even exit via waypoint. Character is stuck in the map. Performed the following troubleshooting:

- Restarted the game - Problem persists
- Rebooted computer and restarted game - Problem persists
- Accessed another character and was able to interact normally. Returned to stuck character - Problem persists
