Dexterity On Quiver Not Adding

This has only happened suddenly and wasn't previously an issue.

I suddenly didn't have sufficient Dexterity despite not changing my equipment, updating jewels, changing the tree or anything.

So to determine why I lost dexterity when I was literally just sitting in my hideout trading so not doing anything to my build, I replaced a non-attribute ring with a ring with dexterity so that I could diagnose the issue. When doing this I met all dexterity requirements for everything I run, but now when I unequip my quiver that has 28 dexterity on it, it literally doesn't change my dexterity. And yes I meet all the requirements for the quiver as I have met the dexterity requirements for the bow without the dexterity from the quiver, I made sure to check this in my testing of it. Simply put, the dexterity from the quiver that was previously proving the dexterity as stated is no longer adding the dexterity.

I don't know why this suddenly changed, but the dexterity on my quiver is no longer adding dexterity to my build.

(and yes I know having the dexterity on the quiver isn't ideal build wise, but this post is to identify potential bugs and I cannot see why the dexterity on the quiver is not adding it to the build)
