Clipping Issues Wolf/Bear/Wyvern

PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD FIX THESE HORRENDOUS CLIPPING ISSUES!!! Xbox console platform, getting stuck in the environment from abilities, wolf pounce, wyvern wing blast, or just dodging and clipping into random things in the environment..shelves, rocks, walls, ledges, ANYTHING. PLEASE FIX THIS NONSENSE, repeated deaths to being stuck ON or IN something is ridiculously demotivating to keep playing.
