Quest Bug: Ancient Vows - No 2nd Relic dropping

Title says it all. I have cleared this are in HC Vaal multiple times and the 2nd relic, the darker one, is not dropping. I have found the golden one, and placed it in the altar, but now the quest is bugged and the 2nd relic will not drop at all.

I tried to remove the first relic but it will not let me, in case it has to be in my inventory for the other to drop. I've done many many runs of this entire area and cleared the entire map multiple times including the massive abyss packs, and there is no relic to be found.

Can someone help me with this?

Seaman#4993 is gonna tell you it only drops from the bonepits area and only from the Sun Clan monsters.

They might want to clarify that in the quest text. It only points to Valley of the Titans, nothing about Bonepits.

Cleared entire Bonepits map as well including every section and no relic.

Now I'm beginning to think it actually IS bugged.

Kieren or someone at GGG have an opinion?
