No Atlas Skill points after completing 2nd T3

As it says on the tin. I have now completed 2 corrupted Nexus', have a nice cleansed area, and received no points.

When this happened last season, I did not get my last two points on the Boss Tree until AFTER the season rolled over. IS there a fix, or do I need to buy Diablo 4?
