Standard league is in a very very unplayable state

Why put your undesired update on standard? we dont want that stupid 0.4 patch, the nerfs and the changes that is not on the patch notes that you made. you destroyed the vaal and standard league at the same damn time. you made a patch twice which is just around 34kb. with a lot of bugs and nerfs that is life changing. you dont even address the issues. the previous league is good but this one, I'll just uninstall and forget about this game.
