Voll's Protector and Channeled Skills

I'm sure some part of this is intended (but unexplained to the player) but another part of it seems like it might be a bug, or perhaps pointing to part 1 actually being unintended.

1) Activate Flame Breath - If you had more than 0 power charges you now have 1 less.

2) Assuming a decent crit chance and the speed at which Flame Breath hits, you instantly gain one power charge from Voll's Protector.

3) You will not get another power charge no matter how many times you crit while channeling. (I expect this is intended as one long channel is "one use of the skill." If this is intended, the text on Voll's Protector needs to be updated to explain this.)

4) Until (And this is where I begin to question intentions) the previous power charge Voll's gave you falls off. If you are still channeling (easily done with enough rage) you will now re-gain the one that just fell off. So now we have gotten more power charges than "one per skill use."


If all this is intended, then the text on Voll's Protector needs changed. Nothing anywhere on the item suggests it's limited to "one per skill use." That's just an assumption.
