Disconnected during a map 15 and lost loot - ChaosMXS

Hello Support team,
Today me and my friend were doing a t15 juiced map with lots of good loot modifiers. Unfortunately we both dced out of the game with a weird error message. When we logged back into the game, i spawned into my OWN hideout with NO loot that i picked up from the map in my inventory. It just had the things i always have in my inventory (before i entered the map) which is: Visage of AYah, identiy scrolls, 2 support gems to swap deliberation and considered casting and vaal orbs. And when i teleported back to my friends hideout(it was his map that we run) the portal was gone. He had the same thing when he relogged. His map state said: Attempted. Even though we already killed the Map boss and therefore gaining the statusnotification ingame of "Map completed" . After the map boss we run towards the end of the map to kill the last rare. Thats when we both Disconnected from the game. The map loot that we picked up were at least: 2 divine orbs, 2 chaos orbs, some smaller currencies like regals/ vaals orbs etc. But mainly ofcourse we lost the 2 divine orbs. THis feels REALLY BAD. especially cus we allready cleared the map. Now we lost both the currency to juice the map like chaotic rarity omen AND all our loot that we picked up inside the map. It seems like both our characters rolled back to a state befor we entered the map. Probably also lost the experience we gained, since we both DIDNT die inside the map. It happened today at around 16.30-17.00 roughly CET. Our characternames are: ChaosMXS and JeMoedersTuinMan. Please look at the logs and error files for our characters and rollback and give us the loot for this map or some form of compensation. We both have spend lots of realmoney on supporterpacks and ingame cosmetics as you can see and we love the game but this feels really bad because its not our fault.
