Royal Access Chamber in Atziri's Temple is busted

I have had the Royal Access Chamber linked to my temple the last 5+ temples I have run but cannot interact with it to get to Atziri's chamber. I have run level 75-78 maps to get access to the temple. I have also linked Atziri's Chamber to my temple map as well as I thought perhaps I needed the Royal Access Chamber and Atziri's Chamber both linked but there is still a wall to get to her room.

At this point this is ruining the temple experience for me, which I have so far loved for leveling. I'm not sure what I need to do to get this fixed, but I would really like to be able to run the new content.
