PoE2 Last feedback before quitting for 1.0

Hello, new player here. Both to PoE and the entire ARPG genre in general. PoE1 never appealed to me, I have total of 5 hours in that game after being let down in PoE2 last league.

I had possibly the best gaming time of my life with the 0.1 patch but since then every league has been less and less appealing to me.

I don't understand the scarcity of crafting orbs in a video game that refreshes every 4 months. I don't understand the nerfs different builds get, instead of buffing other things in the game. I don't understand the busywork I need to do in order to just make a few divines to upgrade my gear. The SSF experience is completely dysfunctional. Just in general, I don't see myself playing PoE2 with the direction it's heading at. It's like a day job.

I get that the gambling aspect of the game hooks a lot of people, but have you considered maybe not having a gambling system in every aspect of the game appeals to more people than the gambling addicts? Just a thought.

I'll check the game back again at 1.0 release. Hoping to get something fun I can sink hours into every night like the 0.1 patch.
