You've created a game that constantly freezes.

I've been playing both PoE 1 and PoE 2 for a long time. The freezing issues in PoE 2 over the last two seasons have been very frustrating. I'm sure you've received many complaints about this, but it's clear there hasn't been any improvement. And you're not even offering a free game. Give me my money's worth.
