[Suggestion] Improve Guild Permissions, Customize Guild Ranks & Make Guild Chat Green

For the next Content Patch 0.5.0, I would like to see GGG give guilds a little love. Guild leaders should have the ability to delegate administrative tasks to officers, such as managing guild stash/hideout and kicking guild members for bad behavior, etc. In addition, give the ability to customize guild ranks by adding more ranks and change the names of these ranks.

Lastly, the default color for guild chat is grey and difficult to read. I'm recommending changing the default color to green, similar to World of Warcraft.

Agreed, not sure why guilds can't get little more attention during EA. Like turning guild chat green is a non-brainer and should be easy for GGG to knock out.
