Navali's rest

I completed the ancestor trial and clicked on the Navali's grave and got a rune from it, thinking this was the reward I left without speaking to Navali.
I saw the icon of Navali's quest was still unchecked, but though it was like boss Icon that don't refresh until you go somewhere.

After logging back in the next day quest icon is still up, after a search online I found that I probably missed the +5% max mana, I go back from the next waypoint to get directly there, nothing. I speak to Navali at the beginning and at the end, no quest option (and you can't talk to her anymore at the beginning). I redo all the first trial to get to Navali's rest, also no interaction option.

This feels like an oversight to not have Navali stand there and give you the option again if you clear the trial again without having the quest done (or just to have the dialog option again).

Is there a possible fix for this ?

Facing this issue as well.
