Giant load times and Crashes, unplayable

Since the early access till this update 0.4, didn't have any issues with loading screens, but in this league the loading times are abysmal from 5-10min between zones, for the central cities like clearfell and the ardura caravan had loading times of almost 20 mins, literally unplayable!
Tried reinstalling the game, the graphic drivers, installing through the GGG installer, nothing worked.
Can't even try in DX12 cause whenever I try to change from vulkan to DX12, instant crash every time...
