Severe lag today in PoE 2 – game is unplayable

Today I’m experiencing extremely severe lag in Path of Exile 2, to the point where the game is completely unplayable.

This is not minor delay:

I cannot use potions reliably

Skills either trigger very late or don’t respond

Ping spikes suddenly and consistently

I have already tried:

Changing gateways

Switching network mode (Predictive / Lockstep)

Restarting the game and router

My internet connection is stable and other games work fine, so this appears to be a server-side or routing issue happening today.

Is anyone else experiencing the same problem right now?
I hope the technical team can look into the current server status.
