Corrupted Nexus Quest Bug

Dying once to the boss on a corrupted nexus map and then killing it will clear corruption but not spawn the corrupted boss or progress the quest even though revives were available and the map was not failed.

Since 0.2.0, death from a map boss removes all remaining extra content and monsters. Apparently, this also applies to the corrupted nexus boss.
