Tempest Flurry + Charged Staff + Rageforged I or II (Animation bug?)

Socketing Rageforged I or II in Charged Staff makes the animation of the fourth attack of Tempest Flurry stop occurring. Instead of the 4th attack the character stands still, but the shockwaves still fires. After this happens the character snaps to where they should be without any walking or running animation.
I tried removing every support gem from tempest flurry and charged staff and it only happens when Rageforged I or II is socketed in charged staff, regardless if rage is generated or not by another skill. No MTX are equipped. Character is Druid class (Oracle).
