Died in a map with 4 mods (3 portals) and it got the map reset with no rewards

Hello,

I just died to a map boss in a map with 4 mods. This meant that I had 3 portals (deaths) before the map is considered bricked. When I respawned I noticed that all of the content (abyss, ritual etc.) was gone. There were still only 11 monsters left in the map. I killed the boss as I respawned just in front of him and the map got completed.

The minimap got reset as well so this is the old behavior when 1 death was the condition to consider a map failed. This was not happening prior to today's patches so I guess this is a new bug.

Dying to a map boss removes everything else from the map except the boss.

I guess I never died to a map boss before then :) Thanks!
