Proliferating Weeds does not work with Entangle‌, Missing Fissure Tag

Proliferating Weeds doesn't seem to work with Entangle, you can test that By using Entangle with Upheaval which does finally create a second Fissure.
Entangle also seems to be missing a Fissure tag.

In fact there are no plant tagged gems with the word Fissure in their tag. Since Proliferating Weeds is at the end of a Plant passive node chain, surely there must be plant skills with fissures?
