Only respawning 1 wolf

I have wolf pack equipped with last gasp, romira's requital, amanamu's tithe, and meat shield II. whenever a wolf dies, it starts the timer to respawn them but it will only refill me back to 1 singular wolf, even though im supposed to have 6. if i unequip a support and put it back on itll spawn all 6 again.
