Wrong Quest Item

Good day, sorry to bother you.

I accidentally double clicked on the Venom Draught quest in Act 3 with my controller and it auto accepted a reward. I wanted to pick the Ailment Threshold reward but it looks like it gave me the Stun Threshold reward.

I still have the item in my inventory completely unused, not trying to game any system and swap after already using it or something.
