Can crits from Cast on crit spells trigger stormweaver elemental storm cast on spell crit?

Your original crits (used to charge CoC gem) will trigger elemental storm anyway, after which it will go on cooldown before your CoC goes off, so the question is kinda moot. But yes, in general triggered skills can trigger other skills if conditions are met.

" I thought it was changed so that triggered skills couldn't generate energy or trigger skills? In thinking Choir? Maybe that was only that it couldn't trigger itself anymore? |
